Why, despite
equal intellectual capacity, training, or experience, do some people excel
while others with the same abilities don’t achieve the same level of success?
Emotional intelligence is the fundamental factor. With better understanding of the connection
between our cognitive and emotional intelligences, individuals can become more
effective at handling themselves, people, and situations with calm and
confidence. Participants will leave
knowing how to harness the energy of emotion to achieve constructive
outcomes.
This event is supported by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
